Job Description
Experience in scan stitching and scan chain concepts
Hands-on experience with ATPG flows; Tessent ATPG preferred
Experience using Spy Glass-DFT for DFT checks and coverage
Basic knowledge of JTAG & IJTAG standards
Scripting knowledge (TCL / AWK / SED) is a plus
