DFT Engineer (Hybrid – Switzerland)

We're looking for an experienced DFT Engineer to join our team in Switzerland (hybrid setup) and take ownership of design-for-test activities from implementation through silicon and production.

What You'll Do

• Implement hierarchical scan and MBIST, including boundary scan
• Develop and run ATPG patterns, analyse fault coverage, and drive closure
• Perform timing-aware pattern simulations and resolve issues
• Define and analyse test mode timing constraints
• Create cycle-accurate functional patterns using IJTAG
• Collaborate with test and manufacturing teams during bring-up and volume production
