Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DFT Manager to lead and innovate in the area of Design for Testability for cutting-edge SoCs. This role offers an opportunity to work on next-generation semiconductor technologies and collaborate with global teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Experience : 15+Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DFT strategy and implementation for complex SoCs.
• Drive architecture and methodology for scan, BIST, and boundary scan.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to ensure robust test coverage.
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise

• DFT Architecture & Methodology : Scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, JTAG.
• Tools & Technologies : Synopsys, Mentor Tessent, Cadence Modus.
• Languages : Verilog/System Verilog, scripting (TCL, Perl, Python).
• Test Coverage Analysis and optimization for high-quality silicon.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
