DGM - BMS Hardware Design

Duties include: · Principle point of contact, on assigned projects, with customer & key stakeholders for all design activity · Lead customer meetings & workshops, to ensure the required outputs are achieved · Preparation of defined BMS/ENMS design deliverables for RIBA Stage 3, 4 & 5, typically including Network Architectures, Points Schedules, Sequence of Operations, etc · Collation of all design information & resolution of queries to allow timely completion of design, including necessary submittals & approval from customers representative · Identification of scope changes, including provision of necessary information to support claims for time/cost impact · Actively co-ordinate with internal teams, ensuring flow of information to allow efficient Software & Graphics production · Ensure high degree of collaboration with project team to ensure, overall project timelines are met · Contribute to the continuous development & improvement of customer engineering standards · Provide regular s...
