Role purpose:

The Business/Process Improvement Lead assist with planning and is responsible for the effective delivery of activities that improve the business performance of and within Vodafone, including business process re-engineering, Process Improvements and Process Architects.

Manages a Team of Process Re-Engineering Experts and mentors them on various tools and technologies.

The Business/Process Improvement Lead deliver to the organisation the appropriate methodology, tools and processes to perform in an optimum way. Analysing the performance and trends, through KPI analysis and reporting, whilst conducting various qualitative reviews to provide continuous improvement programmes and deliver demonstrable and quantifiable benefits.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience 

  • Knowledge of process improvement (, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt), automation, and rationalisation methodologies
  • Functional experience (, Finance / Enterprise Operation and Processes) and Strong understanding of the business processes
  • Strong commercial experience in a global technology / managed services environment
  • Experience in continuous improvement/ process improvement and design
  • Experience of data analytics, statistics, data insights reporting
  • Experience in working in an Agile Organisation / Model
  • Must have technical qualifications:

  • Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
  • Consultancy / Advisory / Process Improvement experience
  • Hands on Agile Experience
