Responsibilities

The Dy.General Manager - Mechanical Structure will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of mechanical structures for power and energy projects.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance on mechanical engineering principles and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Managing budget, resources, and timelines to meet project objectives.
• Overseeing quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 16-22 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
• Demonstrated track record of success in managing mechanical structure projects.
• Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve project goals.
