Role Purpose

The Head – HR Operations & HR Technology will lead and own the entire HR operations, payroll, HR technology, and employee lifecycle management for Waaree Group. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence across payroll, benefits, HR systems, policies, audits, and employee transactions for a large and growing workforce.
