About the role
This role will support growth strategy by assisting in the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a good understanding of the consumer products industry, strong analytical abilities, and experience in supporting complex transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Development of the M&A Playbook:
Assist in developing and updating the M&A playbook to align with strategic roadmap, best practices, and market conditions.
Contribute to the establishment of standardized processes, frameworks, and tools for M&A activities.
Ensure alignment of the playbook with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

2. Execute Acquisition/Divestment Strategies:
Collaborate with senior leadership to support the long-term portfolio strategy.
Help assess the strategic fit of potential acquisitions and divestitures.
