Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Execute and monitor B2B credit and collections processes in alignment with the global CTC roadmap.

- Analyse customer payment behaviours and identify risk patterns to improve collection effectiveness.

- Collaborate with local market SPOCs and shared service centers to ensure consistent application of credit policies.

- Support implementation of SAP Rise and Core Business Model changes related to B2B collections.

  • Provide insights and reporting on overdue accounts, bad debt trends, and cash flow impact.

  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

    Strong understanding of End to End B2B processes

    - Experience in operational finance and working capital optimisation.

    - Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Customer Operations teams.

    - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.

    - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
