Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree with 17+ Years experience into Government sales from cables industry

Location – Mumbai


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall business performance of the Western region branches, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and collection targets.
  • Strategically manage and grow export markets across the assigned geographies, ensuring effective coverage of all key customer segments .
  • Lead the branch sales team to achieve defined revenue volumes and margin goals. Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and develop new customers, applications, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, EPC contractors, and government bodies.
  • Define pricing models, negotiate contracts, and ensure commercial viability in alignment with global benchmarks and company policy.
  • Enhance brand visibility through participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams (production, logistics, and supply chain) for timely order fulfilment and inventory management.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to formulate responsive strategies.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop the branch team to enhance productivity, skills, and motivation.
