Role & responsibilities

• Tracking key real estate and infrastructure developments within the region and identifying actionable opportunities for business growth in the Pune region across asset classes relevant to the firm.
• Independently sourcing and evaluating relevant land parcels in alignment with the firms investment and acquisition strategy for the Pune region.
• Conducting market research and curating data on market trends and competition to support evaluations.
• Preparing area statements as per applicable byelaws, financial models, and deal notes for presentations to leadership members and the Investment Committee (IC).
• Negotiating commercial offers with landowners and finalizing term sheets.
• Assuming complete ownership in coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders during the due-diligence process post term sheet.
