DGS Supplier Diversity Program Supervisor (Program Manager IV)

Main Purpose of Job

This position serves as the SBR/MBE/VSBE Liaison and
MBE/VSBE Compliance Unit Supervisor, ensuring DGS meets all
statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements for Small Business Reserve
(SBR), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Veteran-owned Small
Business Enterprise (VSBE) programs. The role oversees compliance
tracking, agency reporting to GOSBA and the Board of Public Works, and
provides guidance, training, and support to internal staff and
external stakeholders.

POSITION DUTIES

● Supervises the Compliance Unit staff in monitoring
and tracking contracts for monthly compliance reporting. Maintains a working
relationship with MBEs and VSBEs to ensure prime contractor is meeting
contractual obligations and requirements with identified subcontractors.
