Diagnostics Specialist - Laboratory Equipment Support

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional support and maintenance services for our laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support, including preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades
• InSTALL network configuration and implement Digital Pathology equipment
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and professionalism

Educational Background: 

Mechanical Technology or related field of study preferred. Knowledge of Electronics or Electrical Engineering principles is also beneficial.
