<p>As an Dialogflow CX Consultant , you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .</p> <p><b>Experience: -</b> 10+ Years</p> <p><b>Location: - </b> Remote</p> <p><b>Educational Qualifications: -</b></p> <ul> <li>Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.</li> </ul> <p> Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.</p> <p><b>Mandatory skills</b></p> <p>Dialogflow CX</p> <p><b>Responsibilities: -</b></p> <ul> <li>Build conversational flows and state machines</li> <li>Design intents, entities, and training phrases</li> <li>Integrate Dialogflow CX with apps, websites, IVR systems, CRMs, or backend APIs</li> <li>Develop and maintain webhooks (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)</li> <li>Optimize NLU accuracy and conversation design</li> <li>Implement analytics, testing, and versioning</li> <li>Deploy agents across channels (web, mobile, voice, Google Chat, etc.)</li> </ul> <p> </p>
