A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- 1+ year of direct management experience for employees and their performance.
- English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+)
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal
