MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in the Midland TX area.
Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop and field service environment.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $48.00/hour+ based on experience, training, certifications, etc.

- Boot and tool allowance.
- Company service vehicle and gas card available for field service openings.
Shift:
- Day shift, roughly 7AM - 4PM, (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, or completion of a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Proficient with diagnostic scanning tools.
- Welding experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc., equipment is preferred.
