Position Description:

 
The Dietitian will deliver evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition support to individuals, families, and NDIS participants, working both independently and collaboratively within the interprofessional team. This role is well suited to an experienced Dietitian seeking autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful community impact, with opportunities to shape service delivery as demand grows. 

  • Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and individualised care plans 

  • Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy for clients with complex health conditions including: 

  • Diabetes and metabolic conditions 

  • Gastrointestinal disorders 

  • Renal and cardiovascular conditions 

  • Mental health–related nutrition concerns 

  • Malnutrition, frailty, and ageing-related needs 

  • Support paediatric and family nutrition where appropriate
