Roles & Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Guidance

• Assess medical needs of patients over telephone at the primary care level based on diagnosis.
• Review patient details and medical history provided prior to consultation.
• Suggest appropriate diagnostic tests based on symptoms and clinical indicators.
• Recommend referral to specialists when the condition requires advanced consultation.

Diet & Nutrition Planning

• Speak with patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, lifestyle, preferences, and restrictions.
• Develop personalized nutrition and diet plans for patients.
• Track and compile client progress toward their health and wellness goals.
• Enter and update patient information accurately in the patient database.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a Dietitian (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).

Skills

• Strong knowledge of dietary principles and nutrition science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in health and nutrition software (preferred)

Additional Details

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (Rotational Off)
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
