The Dietitian is a frontline professional position within Nutrition Services (NS) reporting to the Manager, Nutrition Services, and Chronic Disease Management Calgary Zone. This is a temporary 12-month 0.5 FTE position with the Alberta Kidney Transplant Program at FMC scheduled to end February 4, 2027. The workdays are Monday, Wednesdays and alternate Fridays. The Dietitian is responsible for nutrition assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of client/ patient care plans and/or health promotion programs and services for the population served by the renal transplant program. The Dietitian acts as liaison between Nutrition Services and AHS programs, services and teams. The Dietitian provides nutrition expertise to internal and external stakeholders and translates research findings in the field of nutrition for clients/patients, professionals and the public.
