Duties:
- Collect and share client feedback to improve products and services.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to identify opportunities.
- Develop account strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Resolve daily challenges that impact campaign delivery or revenue.
- Research client goals and market trends to better understand their needs.
- Identify optimization and growth opportunities.
- Present tailored advertising solutions and recommendations.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
- Use market insights to provide added value to clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
- Share client insights with internal teams.
- Keep detailed records of client activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets.
Skills:
- High school diploma required.
- Fluent in market language: English (spoken and written).
- 2+ years in a telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads); certifications are an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
