Duties:

  • Collect and share client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to identify opportunities.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Resolve daily challenges that impact campaign delivery or revenue.
  • Research client goals and market trends to better understand their needs.
  • Identify optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Present tailored advertising solutions and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Stay informed about digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Use market insights to provide added value to clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
  • Share client insights with internal teams.
  • Keep detailed records of client activities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets.


Skills:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Fluent in market language: English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years in a telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads); certifications are an advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
