Responsibilities

  • Driving Digital & CRM initiatives, overseeing the execution of campaigns across CRM, data-driven, website, and tech-led solutions.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
  • Analysing data from retention marketing and digital campaigns, reporting performance insights, and recommending improvements.
  • Planning, managing, and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary, including platform and technology partners.
  • Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis, and updating strategies across digital touchpoints.
