Role Overview

SRV Media is looking for a Digital Account Manager who can confidently manage clients and understands performance marketing. This role acts as the bridge between clients and execution teams , ensuring strategy, performance, and communication stay aligned.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage day-to-day communication, expectations, and delivery
  • Understand and discuss performance metrics across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs for performance, creative, and content teams
  • Review campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Participate in weekly / monthly performance reviews with clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and reports
  • Coordinate internally to resolve issues and improve outcomes
  • Support upselling and cross-selling of agency services


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in digital account management within an agency
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
  • Performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC)
  • Ability to understand reports and explain performance to clients clearly
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
