Role Overview
SRV Media is looking for a Digital Account Manager who can confidently manage clients and understands performance marketing. This role acts as the bridge between clients and execution teams , ensuring strategy, performance, and communication stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day communication, expectations, and delivery
- Understand and discuss performance metrics across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Translate client goals into clear briefs for performance, creative, and content teams
- Review campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Participate in weekly / monthly performance reviews with clients
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and reports
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Support upselling and cross-selling of agency services
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in digital account management within an agency
- Working knowledge of:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
- Performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC)
- Ability to understand reports and explain performance to clients clearly
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
