Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Digital Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for key digital clients, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Translate client business objectives into actionable digital roadmaps across web, app, UX, and performance marketing.

• Lead strategic discussions around digital transformation, platform enhancements, and growth opportunities.

• Manage client expectations, proactively address risks, and maintain strong long-term partnerships.

 

Digital Strategy & Planning

• Develop comprehensive digital strategies covering websites, mobile applications, UX optimization, and performance marketing.

• Align digital initiatives with measurable KPIs (traffic growth, conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI).
