Your Purpose


The Senior Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy across all MSC Cruises markets, with a focus on driving direct sales through digital advertising levers, setting and achieving KPIs, and developing innovative digital campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and digital sales development at a positive ROAS, along with strong expertise in digital advertising campaign strategy, paid media planning and implementation, and team leadership. Additionally, the role will involve developing affiliation and partnership programs as part of an integrated digital engagement strategy to broaden reach, drive qualified traffic, and support long-term customer value.
