Job Description

ROL PURPOSE

The Digital Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving predictable, scalable, and profitable user growth across all digital channels (Paid and organic). This role owns the full acquisition funnel—from strategy to execution—ensuring the right users are acquired at the right cost, through the right channels and with the right message.

The position plays a critical role in accelerating Dolfintech's evolve to a digital-first business model, maximizing CAC efficiency, and building a sustainable engine of high-quality, repeat users.

·      Powers rapid experimentation and continuous optimization across media, creatives, and funnels.

·      Enables C-levels visibility into performance, insights, and forecast accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Acquisition Strategy

  • Design and execute the full-funnel acquisition strategy (paid &organic).
  • Segment audiences and define value propositions per channel and customer cohort.
  • Build scalable playbooks for user acquisition, experimentation, and channel optimization.

Performance Campaigns Execution

  • Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, TikTok, Display, and more.
  • Own daily/weekly optimization cycles to maximize conversions and minimize CAC.
  • Lead constant A/B testing: creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies.

Analytics & Measurement

  • Define KPIs, CAC targets, digital channel benchmarks, and forecasting models.
  • Build dashboards and insights reports with Performance Analytics / Data teams.
  • Ensure tracking integrity: pixels, events, conversions, UTMs, attribution modeling.

App Growth

  • Drive app installs, activations, and first-time transactions.
  • Partner with Product to improve onboarding funnels and reduce drop-offs.
  • Implement SEO & ASO strategies and run store optimization experiments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Brand / Marketing, Product, Data, and Lifecycle teams to build cohesive journeys.
  • Influence budget decisions and channel allocations based on ROI.
  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on digital acquisition and performance media.

Vendor & Martech Management

  • Manage performance agencies, and tech providers.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools for tracking, measurement, automation, and competitive intelligence.

HARD / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Deep expertise in digital
performance
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic DSPs.

Strong command of
mobile app acquisition
strategies (MMPs, SKAN, App attribution).

Advanced proficiency in:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Appsflyer / Adjust / Branch
  • Looker Studio, Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Landing page builders & CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO)

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, build models, and extract insights.

Experience implementing tracking (pixels, tags, events, UTMs) and troubleshooting attribution issues.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Sales Force).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth roles within fintech, financial services, remittances, e-commerce, or high-volume transactional businesses (digital users).

·      Proven track record scaling paid media acquisition across channels such as Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, UAC, and Display.

·      Experience managing digital budgets with strong ROI ownership.

·      Demonstrated ability to design and optimize full-funnel digital strategies (Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → First transaction).

·      Experience with mobile app acquisition (App Install, Firebase events, conversion tracking, MMP integration).

·      Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page experimentation, and A/B testing.

·      Hands-on experience implementing or operating MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or Branch.

·      Familiarity with martech & analytics ecosystems: GA4, Firebase, BigQuery, CDPs, BI tools, etc.

·      Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Martech, Data, and Creative teams to drive acquisition-to-activation performance.

·      Experience working with external partners: agencies, , attribution providers, networks, and publishers.

·       CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) by channel, campaign, and cohort.

·       % of acquisition budget deployed with positive ROI.

Volume & Growth Targets

·       Total new customers acquired per week/month/quarter.

·       % growth in app installs, first-time users, and active digital users.

·       Increase in quality cohorts (high activation, high retention users).

Salario Mensual Bruto:
$60k-$80k + bono anual por objetivos, fondo de ahorro, vales de despensa, prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.
