Bloon Toys is currently at an important stage of growth — making the transition from niche to mainstream — which makes this an exciting time to join. The role will work closely with the founder and senior marketing team to help scale growth while staying true to the brand’s intent and values. Over the last year, the team has grown from 15 to 35, and expect to scale a lot more in the coming years.
