The Role You Will Play:
As a Digital Advertising Intern, you will join our Advertising team and support the planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the dynamics of e-commerce advertising and contribute directly to our clients’ growth. You will work closely with experienced specialists, gaining hands-on experience in campaign management, analytics, and performance optimization.

- Learn by doing: support the team in all phases of campaign management — from keyword research and product analysis to campaign setup and performance optimization.
- Assist in campaign monitoring: help collect and interpret results to understand what drives performance and where optimizations can be made.
- Collaborate on advertising strategy: contribute to brainstorming sessions and share insights on how to improve discoverability and ROAS for our clients.
- Stay curious: keep yourself updated on the latest Amazon Advertising tools and features, learning how they can bring value to our clients.
- Support daily operations: assist with reporting, data visualization, and documentation of campaign results for internal and client use.
- Grow your expertise: gradually take ownership of specific tasks under the guidance of senior team members.

- Final-year student or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience (internship, university project, or coursework) in marketing, e-commerce, or SEM is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach - you enjoy understanding how numbers tell a story.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- High IT literacy: confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
- Strong interest in technology, start-ups, e-commerce, and digital advertising.
- A trueteam player, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, other languages are a plus
