We’re looking for a strategic Google Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance. Someone who can not only run campaigns but also own strategy, execution, and growth across multiple B2B lead-generation accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Strategise full-funnel ad flows, from keyword planning to conversion tracking.
  • Manage ad budgets of ₹10–20L+ per month efficiently with a strong ROI focus.
  • Work on landing page optimisation and CRO to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Create in-depth performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy, messaging, and audience targeting.
