The role of a Digital Analyst is to identify, understand, lead, create, nurture and report on changes that improve Beyond Bank’s digital customer experience for customers and the business. A digital specialist combines knowledge of customer behaviour, banking systems and the digital ecosystem to analyse, manage and improve Beyond Bank’s digital platforms. Primarily this will be through implementing initiatives from the department’s digital strategy, which also includes :
Data-driven reporting
Business process mapping and reengineering
Improving, often in conjunction with other teams, the bank’s customer experience
Coordinating and guiding third-party stakeholders
Facilitating workshops to clarify issues, requirements and business changes
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage projects and initiatives, and gather digital insights from additional po...
