Analytics Strategy Development
- Partner with clients to understand their analytics needs, align on priorities, and advocate for initiatives that enhance their analytics capabilities.
- Oversee and guide a team conducting current‑state analyses of analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement plan and develop a strategic roadmap to advance analytics maturity.
- Act as a thought leader, inspiring clients to adopt and expand data‑driven decision‑making practices.
Drive Cross‑Functional Solution Delivery
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the successful implementation of analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goal and client expectations.
- Design, build, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve key objectives.
Enable Organizational Process Evolution
- Guide businesses in transforming processes to better leverage data and insights, driving operational efficiency and improved outcomes.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Strategic Analytics Assessment & Road Mapping
- 3+ years of experience conducting comprehensive assessments of analytics capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to define use cases and develop actionable roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives.
Comprehensive Martech Expertise
- Strong understanding of the martech landscape, with 3+ years of hands‑on experience working across a variety of tools and data sources, including analytics platforms, tag management systems, customer data platforms, audience segmentation tools, and activation platforms.
- Ability to integrate and leverage data from diverse sources (e.g., web, social, CRM, advertising, and audience data) to support marketing strategies and business objectives.
End‑to‑End Strategy Execution
- Expertise in leading the implementation of digital analytics strategies, from planning through execution and ongoing optimization.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience configuring tag management platforms (e.g., Adobe Data Collection, Tealium) to collect and send data to support reporting and activation needs.
Technical Acumen
- 3+ years of experience in the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, Launch/Data Collection, AEP, AJO, CJA, Target and RTCDP.
- Strong familiarity with tools commonly used in the field.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deliver impactful reports and dashboards in PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Experience working with digital data sources, such as web analytics, advertising, audience, social, and search data, to drive actionable insights.
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with clients as a trusted advisor and lead cross‑functional teams through analytics transformation projects.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple workstreams to meet client objectives.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience delivering client‑facing projects in consulting, agency, or business‑related services.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and activation strategies using digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in presenting solutions, insights and strategies to stakeholders through compelling storylines and visualizations in MS PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for collaboration with global stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
