Digital Assets Strategy Lead

Experteer OverviewIn this role you shape Swift's digital assets strategy, focusing on the Swift Ledger and related initiatives. You will translate complex market and banking economics into bank-focused strategy, collaborating with product, technology and engagement teams to turn concepts into credible roadmaps. You'll work with senior stakeholders to align near-term MVP plans with a five-year vision for a cross-border, multi-asset network. This is a high-impact position at the heart of Swift's Digital Assets unit, contributing to a live MVP by 2026 and ecosystem adoption.
