Job Description

The Digital Content Assistant Manager (DCAM) is responsible for driving strategic, creative, governance, and performance conversations of digital content across Unilab brands. The role ensures that brand content is effective, data-driven, consumer‑centric, and consistent across platforms and formats, including social media, influencer marketing, digital content, and other emerging content solutions (e.g., Content AI).

This role works closely with brand teams, creative agencies, influencer partners, analytics teams and IMC partners to translate brand objectives into impactful, effective, and measurable digital content. The DCAM also leads content effectiveness initiatives, AB testing, social listening insights, and continuous improvement efforts to drive content governance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
