Digital Banking Scrum Master – Product Rollout Lead

At Customer Intelligence Inc. , we are looking for a talented Scrum Master to join an exciting initiative focused on the launch and rollout of a new commercial online banking platform .

This role will be key in ensuring agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and a smooth go-to-market execution of innovative digital banking products.

About the Role

As Scrum Master, you will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide the team in adopting and maintaining Scrum best practices
• Remove obstacles and impediments that impact delivery and product rollout
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and support go-to-market readiness
• Track key delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, launch readiness, post-launch KPIs)
