As a Digital Product Owner for Cat Interact, you will join a fast-paced team working to improve customer experience and digital communications through Caterpillar’s global dealer network.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial team member with technical acumen to help shape and deliver the future of the Cat Interact platform as we expand our communication capabilities and integration touchpoints with dealer systems and the Caterpillar digital ecosystem. As a member of the Product Management team, you’ll work closely with other team members, stakeholders and engineering partners to provide day-to-day support to dealers and Caterpillar’s go-to-market/adoption teas in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
Responsibilities
• Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
• Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.
• Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
• Answers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.
