Role Summary

The Digital Campaign & Virtual Events Specialist plays a dual role in supporting demand generation and delivering high‑quality virtual experiences. This position manages the end‑to‑end execution of global virtual events (webinars, NPIs, live digital sessions) while also coordinating evergreen full‑funnel digital campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, retargeting, email nurturing, and ABM. The specialist ensures operational excellence, strong cross‑team alignment, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute global virtual events with flawless delivery across time zones.

  • Manage event logistics: platform setup, registration pages, email sequences, speaker preparation, dry runs, and technical readiness.

  • Host or support live events, manage presenters, monitor chats/Q&A, and resolve issues in real time.
