Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning etc. cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

• IT project management with waterfall / agile methodologies.

• Understanding of SDLC

• Deal with software vendors and getting system developed.

• Support the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, or other legacy systems.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards.

• Wireframing and prototyping using various tools to get clear UI/UX experience.

Qualifications and Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CE/Industrial Engineering/Production or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environment.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS/Quality systems etc.).

• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI. Python, DevOps etc.

• Good at analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks / projects.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.

• Experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins/RPA/AI-ML etc.).

• Knowledge Of IT infrastructure and IT security.
