Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Account Manager to manage end-to-end digital accounts, ensure smooth campaign execution, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and a good understanding of digital marketing processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
  • Coordinate with paid media, content, design, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage digital campaigns across platforms such as social media, paid media, and performance marketing
  • Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and reports with clients
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and SLAs
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital services
  • Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and account records


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital account management or client servicing (agency experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, Influencer Marketing)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
