Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Account Manager to manage end-to-end digital accounts, ensure smooth campaign execution, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and a good understanding of digital marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate with paid media, content, design, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage digital campaigns across platforms such as social media, paid media, and performance marketing
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and reports with clients
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and SLAs
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital services
- Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and account records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital account management or client servicing (agency experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, Influencer Marketing)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
