Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social presence across platforms. This role is responsible for shaping brand voice, building content systems, growing engaged communities, and turning social media into a powerful brand and business channel.
You will also lead influencer marketing and brand partnerships—working with creators, communities, and aligned brands to expand reach, relevance, and credibility.
You will work closely with founders, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure our brands show up online with clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy
- Build and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Define content pillars, platform roles, and tone of voice.
- Plan monthly and quarterly roadmaps around launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
Content Planning & Publishing
- Own the social content calendar and daily publishing.
- Translate collections, product drops, campaigns, and brand stories into strong social narratives.
- Write and refine captions, hooks, and content directions.
Content Creation & Enablement
- Use a mix of tools, including AI-based platforms, to create and assist in developing social content when required.
- Independently create quick-turn stories and reactive content when needed.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and creators on higher-production posts and campaigns.
- Continuously explore new tools, formats, and workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
Community & Culture
- Build and manage online communities.
- Drive engagement through replies, conversations, UGC, and collaborations.
- Track trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep content relevant.
Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships
- Build and manage a network of creators, influencers, and partners aligned with the brand.
- Lead influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to execution and reporting.
- Develop and manage brand collaborations, seeding programs, and long-term partnerships.
Growth & Performance
- Track and analyze performance: reach, engagement, growth, saves, shares, traffic, and conversions.
- Run experiments across formats, creators, and posting strategies.
- Turn insights into actionable improvements.
Launches & Campaigns
- Lead social rollouts for product launches, collaborations, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and performance teams to align organic, influencer, and paid efforts.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience across social media, content, or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of platforms, short-form video, creators, and community building.
- Comfortable using modern tools (including AI-based tools) to create and scale content.
- Strong storytelling, copy, and creative judgement.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with lifestyle, fashion, or youth brands.
- Brand partnerships or collaboration experience.
- Exposure to performance marketing or growth teams.
