Digital Content Strategist

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior Digital Content Strategist to support internal enterprise communications within BMO . This role will focus on publishing, managing, and optimizing digital content across internal platforms to ensure employees receive timely, relevant, and engaging information.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with content management systems, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career content professional to gain experience in a large, regulated enterprise environment while supporting high‑visibility internal communications.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office)

Contract Length: 6 Months

Hours: 8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00 (Overtime possible)

Pay Rate: $43/hour T4 or 48.5 on IC
