Digital & CRM Executive

Overview

The Digital & CRM Executive is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, along with creating and leading online marketing strategies to enable business growth for all Cosmax brands. This includes email, marketing, social media, and website development.

Responsibilities

Customer Relations Management

• Planning the CRM calendar and deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensuring that all deliverables and activities are planned at least 1-2 months in advance.
• Responsible for the CRM weekly calendar, changes, updates, and notification to the Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams.
• Assisting the Head of Digital & Communications to identify opportunities to improve data collection and increase overall engagement and conversion.
• Downloading files from the brand portals to create EDMs in line with brand guidelines.
