Overview

Customer Success Partner role engaging with SAP’s customers to drive and accelerate value realization and ensure business outcomes through consumption of purchased solutions and success service entitlements. Digital CSPs operate in a low touch/virtual engagement model to provide a consistent customer experience across multiple accounts. The Digital CSP will be located in several e-centres globally and have access to the latest digital tools.

The role is part of a shared service environment covering accounts in the Digital Segment, with proactive and reactive customer interactions. Target new customers to offer virtual onboarding sessions and check-ins during implementation and adoption processes. The Digital CSP adapts onboarding materials to specific customers and ensures successful login, while remaining accessible in the future via generic email and/or app.
