What we are looking for?
The Digital Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the multidisciplinary digital information coordination
and shall ensure that the Digital Delivery Plan is followed by all disciplines in the project.
The Digital Coordinator shall ensure each discipline has conducted clash detection, quality checks and
control of digital models from the different technical areas in the project and support the design teams.
Job Description
The Digital Coordinator provides direct support to the Digital Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities:-
• Assists Digital Delivery Manager in the design and maintenance of Digital Delivery Plan.
• Outline required common digital setup and processes for the project e.g. geo locations,
templates, project specific guides.
• Coordinate design software used in the project and support the use of digital tools.
• Ensure that training is provided in common project software to ensure the required digital
competences.
• Setup and maintain a federated model for internal and external usage.
• Provide access to the digital documents, applicable standards and Common Data
Environment to the project team.
• Coordinate digital design files, templates and object libraries.
• Ensure and monitor that the design teams are working according to the Digital Delivery Plan
when it comes to modelling, model review, coordination and exchange.
• Compile the external stakeholders’ discipline models and drawings and ensure to distribute
those to the internal project team.
• Support the design team with implementation of Ramboll and project specific standards.
• Setup and run cross-discipline digital coordination meetings throughout the project and
follow up on identified issues with the respective discipline.
• Ensure that Ramboll’s digital content has been uploaded to the Common Data Environment
as agreed according to the Digital Delivery Plan.
Qualifications
Requirements:-
• The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 12+ years of prior experience and a solid
understanding of digital contracts and project digital coordination, particularly from projects of
similar complexity.
• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• The candidate should be well-versed in the current digital market, staying updated with the
latest tool releases, should demonstrate the ability to enhance the current project processes
through innovative ideas and effective problem-solving skills.
