Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who brings strong visual thinking, originality, and complete ownership of their work. The ideal candidate should stay closely connected to marketing and design trends, think beyond briefs, and deliver high-quality visuals that strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Development teams to produce impactful digital and offline design assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and high-quality creatives for branding, marketing, and promotional use
- Create marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media creatives, website visuals, presentations, and email campaigns
- Conceptualize ideas and translate them into clear visual communication
- Take complete ownership of design deliverables from concept to final output
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints by following brand guidelines
- Manage multiple creative projects in parallel while meeting defined timelines
- Collaborate with Marketing teams, Creative Leads, and Project Managers on daily updates and revisions
- Stay updated with current design, branding, marketing trends, and evolving creative tools
- Use modern design and image generation tools to support ideation while ensuring originality and brand alignment
- Maintain organized design files, versions, and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a creative or design role
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, And After Effects
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong typography skills and understanding of layout and design principles
- High attention to detail with strong visual judgment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
