The role:

We are looking to hire a Digital Document Specialist in our Sydney or Brisbane Office. The Digital Document Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality document production and formatting services.

Working closely with digital document specialists this role will report to a Senior Manager in our Technology UX & Document Services team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Document production and formatting including working with specialised templates, precedents and documents for clients.
  • Creating, formatting and editing PDF files document
  • Rendering handwritten and/or dictated edits to documents as well as transcribing meetings, interviews, teleconferences etc.
  • Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations, incorporating advanced design elements, animations, and transitions as required.
  • Assist our staff in resolving problems with documents.
