Your Role
Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program within internal IT.
Define the vision, roadmap, governance model, and best practices for leveraging Nexthink to enhance employee experience across endpoints and applications.
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and success metrics for experience‑driven IT improvements.
