Job Description
Lead the digital delivery organization covering areas such as web applications, mobile
apps, cloud platforms, APIs, customer portals, and agent tools.
Responsible for delivery of digital programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-
quality outcomes.
Drive engineering best practices, DevOps in agile delivery model
Partner closely with business, operations, and global IT stakeholders to align delivery
roadmaps with strategic business goals.
Promote digital innovation by bringing emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Low-
Code/No-Code, Intelligent Automation, and Cloud-native solutions
Manage a diverse team of software engineers, architects, scrum masters, product
owners, and QA.
Partner with vendors for flexible delivery capacity augmentation .
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance.
