We are seeking an experienced Senior Banking Design Leader to join our Digital Office. This role involves leading the design of user-centric digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with best practices.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leverage human-centered design principles to drive innovation in banking digital experiences;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and align with industry standards;

  • Mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in product design, preferably within the banking or financial industry;
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies;
  • Familiarity with various design tools and software;
