The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data-driven insights and make informed decisions. They should also be able to communicate complex ideas effectively through various mediums, including writing, visual design, and presentation.  They should have an excellent understanding of user experience principles,  accessibility guidelines and current web technologies such as HTML5,CSS3& JavaScript.  A portfolio that showcases their previous work in creating engaging user experiences is highly desirable.
