As the Digital Experience Specialist for COS Australia, you will play a key role in delivering a compelling and commercially-driven customer journey across our digital channels. With a strong eye for visual merchandising and content planning, you will ensure that our online experience reflects the COS brand and inspires conversion.
You will lead the creation and execution of on-site content, campaign storytelling, and product presentation aligned to customer insights and the COS commercial calendar. Your focus will be on showcasing the right products at the right time, delivering clear and consistent messaging, and upholding the brand identity across , newsletters, and other digital touchpoints.
The Digital Experience Specialist reports to the E-Commerce Manager in Australia.
